This policy explains how Devbhasha ("we", "us"), the Devbhasha Android app and devbhasha.com, collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Information we collect

Account details: name, mobile number (OTP sign-in) or Google sign-in, and email.
Birth details you choose to enter for Kundli Milan: date, time and place of birth, gender, Rashi.
Content you create: dream journal entries and tags, questions sent to Sadhaks, chat messages.
Voice-call audio is used only to run live calls with Sadhaks (microphone permission). We do not record it.
Wallet and transaction history.
Basic device and usage data for app stability.

2. How we use it

To provide consultations, the dream journal and daily sadhana tools such as Panchang and Kundli Milan.
To connect you with verified Sadhaks.
To generate dream meanings and insights, which may use AI services.
To process wallet recharges and payments.
To send service notifications.
To keep the app safe and improve it.

The Sadhak you consult sees the details you share in that consultation.
Our service providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting); Razorpay (payments); Agora (voice calls); Google Gemini (AI features).
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by Indian law.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Devbhasha does not store your full card or UPI details.

5. Data security & retention

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers and kept while your account is active. You can delete dream entries in the app and request account deletion at any time.

6. Your rights & account deletion

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent.

To delete your account and associated data, email support@devbhasha.com from your registered email or mention your registered mobile number, with subject "Delete my account". We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Requests are handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Children

The app is not meant for children under 13. Users under 18 should use it with parental consent.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page.
